I have had the privilege to work with a wide rand of smart and diligent people in my university job at the Czech Technical University in Prague since 1982. My research and industrial consultancy activities have been bringing me to other universities and companies. The people I met developed their carriers over the years. I am following these developments. I have mediated good jobs for many people.
